Who we are

Sandia Consulting Limited (“Sandia Consulting”, “we”) is registered in England & Wales, company no. 13700100, with its registered office at The White House, 2 Meadrow, Godalming, Surrey GU7 3HN. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at enquiries@sandia-consulting.com.

No cookies, no analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third-party CDN, so viewing a page sends nothing to anyone but us and our hosting provider.

What we collect, and why

The only personal data we collect through the site is what you choose to send us when you get in touch: your name, work email address, company name, the kind of firm you run, and anything you write in your message. We use it to reply to you and to have a sensible conversation about whether the Working Week Audit fits your firm. That processing rests on our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about our services (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

We don't add you to a marketing list, we don't send a newsletter, and no automated decision-making or profiling is applied to anything you send.

Where your data goes

Enquiries are relayed straight to our inbox and are not stored in a website database. The relay uses Resend (an email delivery provider) and delivery lands in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. The website itself is hosted with Railway in the EU (Amsterdam). Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, which can include IP addresses, to run and secure the service.

International transfers

Some of our providers are US companies, so limited data can be processed outside the UK. Where that happens it is covered by UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Records for clients we work with are kept according to the engagement's terms.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you (access)
  • correct it (rectification)
  • delete it (erasure)
  • limit what we do with it (restriction)
  • stop processing based on legitimate interest (objection)
  • hand it over in a portable format (portability)

Email enquiries@sandia-consulting.com and we'll deal with it. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If how we handle personal data changes, this page changes with it, with the date above updated.
