About Sandia Consulting
Wasted effort has a price.
We work out what yours is.
The inefficiencies holding your business back are rarely obvious from the inside. We identify them in partnership with you, then remove them with automation, AI guidance, and a variety of tools and services tailored to your operations.
We start with the directors, because when the people steering the business get their week back, they are able to devote more time to leading the company in the right direction. From there we work outwards to ensure admin, marketing, sales and customer services are aligned with leadership.
Our vision
A world where growth never buries a business in admin, and every business spends its week on the work it exists to do.
Our mission
To find the inefficiencies eating a growing business's productive week, price what it costs, and remove them, so the week goes to the work the business exists to do.
What we do
Where the admin hides
Every business runs on the same five functions, and every one of them grows work nobody was hired to do. We find it, price it, and take it off your people's desks.
Administration
The work nobody was hired to do. Invoicing, chasing, scheduling, filing and the inbox. This is where the audit starts, because it is where the directors' hours go first and the quickest place to win them back.
Marketing
Reach more without typing more. One piece of work feeds every channel at once, so your audience grows while campaigns run without a director pushing them uphill on a Sunday evening.
Sales
Follow-up that never forgets. Lead generation and follow-up that run on time, every time, with your pipeline and your invoicing finally talking to each other.
Customer service
Answers without the phone tag. Account portals and status pages that let clients help themselves, so the same question stops arriving forty times a week.
Leadership
Practices that hold. The directors' calendars defended, decisions written down as practices and procedures, and a business that runs the same way on Friday as it did on Monday.
The Working Week Method
The audit is step one,
not the whole story
Six steps, one loop. Your week gets priced, won back and held, and the proof lands monthly.
We review your systems and processes, then interview the directors to assess their workflows. The audit is reviewed and a report is created. The report lists your wasted hours in pounds, for the directors first and then team by team, along with a roadmap sorted by recovered time.
Paid, fixed scope, credited against your first build.
The audit always finds work that should never have reached a person, and that is what we build first. The chase-ups, the re-keying, the routine that lands on a director's desk because nobody else owns it. Small builds, shipped fast, so the payback starts before the more time-consuming work begins.
Recovered time evaporates unless something holds it, so we rebuild the directors' weeks around the work only they can do and put structure around the rest. The point of starting at the top is simple: when the people steering the business get their time back, they are able to devote more time to leading the company in the right direction.
With the directors leading again, we work through the rest of the business in partnership. You record how the work is actually done, we turn that into documented processes and the next builds, function by function, so admin, marketing, sales and customer service move in step with leadership.
The audit finds the quick wins. The partnership finds the rest.
Every candidate task gets a definition of done, and an automation pilot has to pass it. When the pilot fails, the honest answer is hire, and we say so. You get the role scoped from the recorded work, the definition of done, and a paid test project to run. We don't bill you for a build.
Every month you get the time returned report: hours and pounds recovered, per director and per team, measured during the audit.
Anyone can win time back once. The monthly report proves it stayed won.
Why firms talk to us before another hire
Augment your workforce, don't replace them
We automate the work nobody was hired to do, so your employees can do the work they were hired to do. Inefficiencies should be removed, not the employees.
Evidence over adjectives
No invented cases and no borrowed results. The Working Week Audit finds your wasted week in hours, prices it accordingly and provides the evidence through the findings.
Automate first, hire honestly
An automation pilot has to pass a definition of done before we commit you to anything. When the honest answer is hire, we say so, hand you the role fully scoped, and we don't bill you for a build.

Founding clients
Take advantage of the “Founding Five” opportunity
Sandia Consulting is currently accepting a small number of foundation clients, with a free audit and a 50% discount on their first build.
In exchange, we're looking for three things: honest feedback along the way, permission to feature the finished project in our portfolio, and a short testimonial if you're happy with the result. Same design quality, same process, more hands-on attention, lower entry price. Once the spots are filled, pricing moves to standard rates.
Ask about a founding placeFrequently asked questions
What does the Working Week Audit cost?
It is a fixed fee, quoted before you commit, and credited in full against your first build. The scoping call takes ten minutes and the quote holds.
How long does it take?
The audit is booked as a single day. The quick wins that follow are small builds by design, so they ship in weeks rather than quarters.
Do we have to change the systems we already run?
No. We work with the tools you have and make them talk to each other. Replacing a system is a last resort, and it would be your call, never a surprise.
What if the audit finds nothing worth fixing?
Then you have a clear diagnosis, a priced week, and a decision that stays yours. Start with the answer; you lose nothing but the question.
Is this AI?
Where it earns its place. Much of what we build is plain automation, moving data between systems that should have been connected years ago. When AI genuinely does a task better, we use it for that task, and we will always tell you where and why.
Will this replace anyone on my team?
No. The work that leaves is the work nobody was hired to do. Your employees keep the jobs they were hired for, with more of the week to do them in.
